Teams at Rallyware

Drive qualification and pipeline generation across direct selling, retail, and brand business segments. Responsibilities include rapid inbound response, targeted outbound prospecting, at least 100 daily live dials, objection handling, opportunity qualification, meeting generation, accurate lead routing, HubSpot CRM maintenance, and weekly performance reporting. The role requires strong phone-based selling skills, US market experience, native Spanish, advanced English, and potential progression into a LATAM sales role.

Owns the technical delivery of customer SaaS implementations from requirements discovery and solution design through planning, coordination, and launch. Partners with customers, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and QA to translate business needs into technical specifications, implementation plans, project tickets, timelines, and milestones. Manages dependencies, risks, scope changes, stakeholder communication, and customer technical guidance throughout implementation.
