Teams at Rally Credit Union

Provide strategic legal guidance to the credit union, manage legal and regulatory risk, oversee levies/subpoenas/garnishments/bankruptcies, review member legal instruments and internal policies, select and manage outside counsel, monitor regulatory changes, and develop internal legal resources to support operations.

Serve as the branch greeter and first point of contact, assist members with account services, ATM/ITM and e-services, manage lobby flow and debit card issuance/inventory, perform clerical support, handle mail/supplies, and follow BSA/AML/CIP compliance requirements.

Administer, support, and maintain core financial applications and infrastructure (ATM, debit card, online banking). Provide Tier 2 support, manage user access, perform system processing, deploy patches/updates, document configurations, assist testing, and collaborate with business units and project teams to improve operational efficiency.
