Administers and secures enterprise Active Directory, AD CS, PKI, and hybrid Microsoft Entra identity environments. Manages certificate lifecycles, directory architecture, synchronization, authentication, authorization, trust, monitoring, automation, incident response, compliance, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoots complex directory and certificate issues, partners with Security and Infrastructure teams, documents procedures, and trains technical stakeholders.

Leads supplier quality and compliance activities, including supplier evaluations, risk assessments, process audits, corrective actions, PPAPs, scorecards, and process improvements. Analyzes failure modes and quality data, develops RCCA plans, supports nonconformance investigations, prepares reports, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, inspection, and purchasing teams. The role also trains personnel, participates in failure reviews, and travels to resolve supplier issues.

Develops and maintains integrated master plans and schedules for new product development programs. Integrates schedules across engineering, finance, procurement, manufacturing, operations, and quality; manages baselines, work breakdown structures, resources, milestones, and critical paths. Performs schedule health checks, DCMA compliance validation, earned value analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting. Supports integrated baseline reviews, trains project teams, and communicates program performance and corrective actions to stakeholders and senior leaders.
