Develops, improves, and sustains manufacturing processes for new and existing products in chemical and energetic materials operations. Responsibilities include creating work instructions and process routings, estimating costs, designing layouts, tooling and fixtures, supporting capital equipment, conducting capability studies and audits, and implementing Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process hazard analysis initiatives. The role supports explosive-material production for aerospace and defense applications, emphasizing safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost control.

Owns end-to-end test strategy and architecture for complex precision motion and electromechanical systems. Designs automated hardware and software test solutions, establishes validation methodologies, analyzes test data, leads root-cause investigations, improves testability and production reliability, and mentors engineering staff. Collaborates across electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams to deliver scalable, efficient, data-driven testing throughout the product lifecycle.

Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for exempt corporate roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate pipeline management. Partner with hiring managers, provide market insights on talent availability and compensation, track recruiting metrics, and deliver a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder partnership, collaboration, autonomy, adaptability, and proficiency with recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems.
