Provides facility-level HR support across payroll, benefits, employee relations, onboarding, training, recruitment, records management, compliance, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and policy implementation. Maintains confidential employee and medical records, supports audits and investigations, manages benefits enrollment and payroll documentation, conducts orientations, and coordinates recruitment and retention activities.

Manage the MDS and RAI processes across multiple long-term care and rehabilitation facilities. Implement clinical and reimbursement programs, educate staff, conduct site visits, support regulatory compliance, and optimize reimbursement through PDPM, quality measures, Medicaid Case Mix, and Medicare guidelines. Serve as a liaison between facility teams and regional leadership while promoting positive patient outcomes and departmental goals.
