Lead nursing orientation, clinical education, competency evaluations, and mentorship in a skilled nursing facility. Maintain training records, ensure regulatory compliance, support quality improvement, and partner with nursing leadership to improve team performance and retention.

Provide bedside nursing and clinical support for long-term care and rehabilitation residents during weekend baylor shifts (two 16-hour shifts). Ensure comfort, safety, medication administration, documentation, and coordination with the care team. Opportunity to pick up extra weekday shifts; full-time benefits provided for part-time weekend schedule.
