Handles onboarding, offboarding, equipment provisioning, ticket documentation, inventory, EMR support, technology rollouts, and clinic migrations while following HIPAA and IT security policies.

Provide front-desk patient scheduling and phone support, verify insurance eligibility, maintain accurate patient demographics in the EHR, process portal requests and prescription refills, coordinate appointments with clinical staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support clinic operations.
