Provides accounting support including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Maintains financial records, ensures transaction accuracy and compliance, prepares reports, and collaborates with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Drives sales growth for swine nutrition, animal health, and production-management products across Latin America. Responsibilities include prospecting customers, managing accounts, preparing technical proposals, negotiating terms, meeting sales targets, attending industry events, supporting farm visits and field trials, training customers and distributors, and gathering market intelligence. The role requires strong swine nutrition expertise, regional market knowledge, multilingual communication, autonomous work across multiple countries, and frequent international travel.

Operate and monitor feed mill equipment to manufacture, mix, test, package, and load animal feed. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and production quality; perform routine maintenance and minor repairs; follow production schedules; collaborate with team members; and handle physical tasks including lifting and working at various heights.
