Supports accounting operations by processing and maintaining financial documents, recording fixed assets and expenses, preparing statutory and payroll-related reports, assisting with reconciliations and month-end close, and supporting the Chief Accountant. The role also involves stakeholder communication, resolving documentation discrepancies, and ensuring accurate, timely accounting records in an international hybrid work environment.

Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, UX, and execution for a core Viber Pay fintech product. Use experimentation, cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and behavioral data to improve user journeys, KPIs, growth, and unit economics. Lead cross-functional engineering and design teams while integrating compliance, KYC, fraud, risk, marketing, legal, and support requirements across multiple markets.
