Lead day-to-day vendor/ODM communication, procurement, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics. Analyze demand, inventory, and NRE costs, build Excel-based supply models, track POs, validate invoices/returns, drive process improvements, and support vendor onboarding and performance management to optimize global supply chain operations.

Provide front-line triage and resolution for inbound ebook and audiobook tickets from publishers, authors, and internal teams. Investigate metadata/content processing failures, collect and report ticket metrics, generate catalogue reports using SQL or CMS, maintain process documentation and help articles, and support ad-hoc projects and policy reviews for Kobo Writing Life and content operations.

Lead regional channel and partner marketing for Kobo in Northern Europe. Design and execute retail and online co-marketing plans, POS and merchandising, online advertising, product launch support, campaign measurement and optimization, and sales account support. Collaborate with partners, agencies, and global brand teams to drive device, accessory and content sales. Travel within region (~20%).
