As an Early Career AI Engineer, you will develop and maintain web applications, enhance AI user experiences, and build back-end services while ensuring high performance and scalability across the Rakuten products ecosystem.

Lead internal communications for Rakuten Rewards, partnering with executives and HR to translate strategy into employee-facing messaging. Build listening systems, measure comprehension, run All Hands and leadership programs, manage channels and content, and coach leaders on consistent, data-informed communications to drive employee understanding and engagement.

Responsible for designing and managing network infrastructure, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure connectivity while leading network initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.
