Supports client relationships and daily business operations through contract administration, invoicing, payments, sales reconciliation, onboarding, reporting, event and webinar logistics, office support, and data analysis. The role coordinates with clients, Finance, IT, Facilities, and internal stakeholders; prepares documents and presentations; maintains databases; and occasionally presents at events. English-Japanese fluency and strong Excel, organizational, communication, and coordination skills are required.

Provides labor and employment legal counsel across multiple regions, advising HR and business leaders on employee relations, investigations, policies, compliance, litigation, restructuring, immigration, privacy, and employment-related transactions. Leads investigations, manages outside counsel, drafts agreements and settlements, monitors legal developments, conducts risk assessments, and delivers training. Requires substantial employment litigation and in-house or law firm experience, strategic judgment, strong communication, and active bar membership.

Lead internal communications for Rakuten Rewards, partnering with executives and HR to translate strategy into employee-facing messaging. Build listening systems, measure comprehension, run All Hands and leadership programs, manage channels and content, and coach leaders on consistent, data-informed communications to drive employee understanding and engagement.
