Serves as an internal HR process consultant, assessing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, applying Lean/Six Sigma methods, facilitating improvement workshops, and designing sustainable controls, governance, documentation, and future-state processes. The role supports implementation, change management, compliance-risk remediation, and capability building across multi-country HR teams while transferring ongoing ownership to functional stakeholders.

Manage website and app media placements from asset collection through launch, coordinating with merchant partners and internal stakeholders. Perform end-to-end QA of creative, links, targeting, scheduling, and user experience. Resolve issues, improve workflows, support coordinator training, and lead high-priority campaign execution during peak periods. Maintain campaign records using CRM and operational tools while managing multiple deadlines independently.
