Supports enterprise information security governance, risk, and compliance across security, privacy, data, AI, regulatory, and assurance functions. Responsibilities include developing controls and policies, mapping ISO and regulatory requirements, coordinating audits and evidence, managing exceptions and remediation, supporting ISMS and ISMAP readiness, enabling governance automation, coaching stakeholders, and reporting risk metrics. The role also contributes to responsible AI governance, data governance, awareness initiatives, incident-response governance, and continuous improvement.

Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and operational support for 5G Core (5GC) and cloud-native core network services. Resolve multi-vendor core and cloud infrastructure issues, perform audits and KPI analysis, implement improvements, execute configuration changes, maintain documentation and knowledge base, and participate in on-call rotations to meet SLAs.

Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and operations for 5G Core (5GC) and virtualized core elements. Support multi-vendor packet core products, container-based infrastructure, vendor escalations, audits, KPI analysis, change implementation, incident leadership, and documentation. Collaborate with partners and internal teams, participate in on-call rotation, and support night/weekend maintenance. Work from Tokyo office.
