Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and operational support for 5G Core (5GC) and cloud-native core network services. Resolve multi-vendor core and cloud infrastructure issues, perform audits and KPI analysis, implement improvements, execute configuration changes, maintain documentation and knowledge base, and participate in on-call rotations to meet SLAs.

Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and operations for 5G Core (5GC) and virtualized core elements. Support multi-vendor packet core products, container-based infrastructure, vendor escalations, audits, KPI analysis, change implementation, incident leadership, and documentation. Collaborate with partners and internal teams, participate in on-call rotation, and support night/weekend maintenance. Work from Tokyo office.

Lead RF planning, optimization, and deployment across the region; drive AI/ML-enabled autonomous network transformation; oversee design readiness, vendor delivery, performance management, and RF team capability development.
