Teams at Rakuna

Tests web, mobile, and technology products by creating test plans, executing test campaigns, reproducing and documenting defects, maintaining coded test scripts, reporting bugs, and escalating critical issues. Collaborates with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. Requires 1–2 years of QA experience, familiarity with testing frameworks and QA methodologies, and proficiency in English.

Manage Hanoi office operations while supporting sales and marketing lead generation, outreach campaigns, content updates, customer onboarding, customer support, recruitment, events, purchasing, and executive business operations. Coordinate teams, subcontractors, authorities, meetings, action items, and cross-functional projects. The role requires strong organization, English communication, MS Office proficiency, flexibility, and occasional nighttime work across time zones.

Performs web and mobile product testing, writes test plans and scripts, reports and analyzes defects, and validates releases. Supports customer onboarding, technical issue resolution, feedback collection, demos, documentation, and customer communications. Collaborates with development, product, sales, and marketing teams while providing evening support for US customers.
