The role involves Quality Assurance testing of technology products, customer onboarding, addressing queries, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Support the software development team in product development, testing, and implementation while gaining experience in a startup environment.

Test web and mobile products: write test plans, execute test campaigns, reproduce and document bugs, code test scripts with version control, report issues via bug tracker, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to meet QA standards.

Acquire and manage B2B clients for Rakuna's HR tech platform: run product demos and onboarding, develop business plans, attend events to pitch and source leads, nurture existing accounts, and monitor market/competitive trends to drive adoption and retention.

Provide C-suite support and manage Hanoi office operations including HR (recruiting, onboarding, records, employee engagement), office administration and facilities, sales development (outbound lead generation and pipeline management), and ad-hoc support for CEO/COO across marketing, research, external compliance, and subcontractor coordination.

Support the Product team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing business data; participate in SDLC activities; identify trends in complex datasets; design and run experiments and performance-improvement initiatives; collaborate with business and technology teams.

Support LinkedIn and email outreach, research and qualify prospects, update CRM, contribute to content planning and online community engagement, participate in campaign brainstorming, and learn sales/marketing techniques in a SaaS environment over a six-month full-time internship.
