Executive Assistant to C-suite managing Rakuna's Hanoi office. Responsibilities include HR administration, office operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. Lead sales development and outbound lead generation to support Sales. Provide executive support to CEO/COO, coordinate with subcontractors, handle market and competitor research, and organize events and facilities. Occasional night work to support different time zones.

Acquire and manage B2B clients for Rakuna's HR tech platform: run product demos and onboarding, develop business plans, attend events to pitch and source leads, nurture existing accounts, and monitor market/competitive trends to drive adoption and retention.

Combine manual and automated QA testing for web and mobile products, write and execute test plans, report and reproduce bugs, and work with devs to ensure quality. Serve as a customer-facing representative: onboard and support customers, resolve technical issues, collect feedback, prepare demo environments, and share insights with product, sales, and marketing teams.

Support LinkedIn and email outreach, qualify prospects via online research and CRM, contribute to social content and engagement, track leads and CRM data, join brainstorming, and learn SaaS sales and marketing techniques.

Support the Product Team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing business data; participate in SDLC activities; identify trends in complex datasets; design and run tests and performance-improvement experiments; collaborate with business and tech teams to inform strategic decisions.

Test web and mobile products, write and document test plans, create and run test campaigns, reproduce and document customer-reported errors, code test scripts in version control, report bugs in tracking systems, and escalate critical issues while working closely with developers and stakeholders.
