Supports the Product Team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing business data; identifying trends and patterns; participating in software development lifecycle activities; and contributing to testing experiments and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborates with business and technology teams to optimize operations and develop strategic insights.

Supports the CEO and COO while managing Hanoi office operations. Leads sales and marketing support, including lead generation, outreach campaigns, demonstrations, and content updates. Supervises customer success activities, assists with onboarding, handles employee administration and events, coordinates purchases and subcontractors, and supports cross-functional business projects. Requires strong organization, English communication, Microsoft Office skills, flexibility, and occasional nighttime work for global teams.

Test web and mobile products, write and document test plans, create and run test campaigns, reproduce and document customer-reported errors, code test scripts in version control, report bugs in tracking systems, and escalate critical issues while working closely with developers and stakeholders.

Combine manual and automated QA testing for web and mobile products, write and execute test plans, report and reproduce bugs, and work with devs to ensure quality. Serve as a customer-facing representative: onboard and support customers, resolve technical issues, collect feedback, prepare demo environments, and share insights with product, sales, and marketing teams.
