Leads implementation of multiple rural development projects across a district, coordinating work plans, budgets, procurement, reporting, staff supervision, and project evaluation. Builds partnerships with district and sector government officials, trains and mentors staff, monitors community activities, manages office operations, and addresses project risks. The role requires extensive field travel, government coordination, team leadership, and implementation in remote, hilly areas.

Plans and implements agricultural extension programs across partner communities, focusing on crop and livestock production, soil and pest management, climate resilience, organic farming, and post-harvest practices. Provides technical advice, conducts field training, verifies seeds, monitors yields, collects agricultural data, supports procurement, manages risks, and collaborates with communities, local authorities, and implementation teams. The role requires extensive field travel and development of training materials in local languages.
