Leads regional marketing strategy and execution for Raising Cane’s, managing Area Leaders of Marketing and developing their skills. Sets regional goals, creates marketing plans, oversees sponsorship negotiations and partnerships, supports restaurant openings and community activities, enforces brand standards, and manages marketing reporting. The role requires extensive travel, collaboration with regional and support-office teams, and occasional nights and weekends.

Leads regional marketing strategy for Raising Cane’s, managing and developing Area Leaders of Marketing, creating and executing regional and restaurant marketing plans, overseeing sponsorships, supporting new restaurant openings, enforcing brand standards, coordinating campaigns, and managing reporting. The role requires extensive field presence, community relationship building, event support, and travel throughout the assigned region.

Conduct HR compliance audits, analyze employment-law data, identify risks, and report findings to leadership. Validate HR and scheduling system configurations, develop UAT scripts, submit government reports including EEO-1, monitor corrective actions, and improve compliance processes. Partner with HR, restaurant operations, and field leaders while safeguarding confidential information.
