Develop and execute international PR and communications strategies across the UK, Ireland, and other markets. Build financial and consumer media relationships, create press and multimedia content, manage external PR agencies, coordinate interviews and briefings, maintain editorial calendars, monitor reputational risks, and support team performance. The role requires strong international market knowledge, storytelling ability, crisis management skills, and willingness to travel.

Process customer complaints, escalations, data protection inquiries, and fraud cases for European customers. Screen and prioritize cases, draft compliant responses, coordinate with Legal, Data Protection, Fraud Management, and external partners, and ensure adherence to BaFin, GDPR, and internal guidelines. The role also supports case tracking, risk documentation, workflow improvements, knowledge sharing, and the development of subject matter expertise.
