Lead customer discovery, UX research, prototyping, usability testing, and market validation for RainFocus’s event-management software. Partner with product managers, developers, sales, legal, executives, and customers to define problems, test hypotheses, evaluate willingness to adopt and pay, and recommend go/no-go decisions. Lead a small cross-functional pod, communicate evidence-based findings, and create reusable research and prototyping processes. This role focuses on exploratory prototypes and does not ship production code or implement customer-specific solutions.
