Maintains hotel common areas during evening hours, including lobbies, stairwells, fitness centers, offices, bathrooms, meeting spaces, and restaurants. Cleans floors, carpets, furniture, and trash areas; restocks supplies; assists room attendants; responds to guest requests; reports maintenance issues; and follows health and safety procedures.

Leads the hotel’s sales, marketing, and revenue functions; develops budgets, marketing plans, forecasts, and sales goals; manages distribution and revenue strategies; builds cross-departmental and sister-hotel partnerships; and recruits, trains, and motivates the Sales and Marketing team. The role requires extensive travel, off-property errands, budget oversight, performance management, and participation in senior leadership.

Oversee maintenance operations for hotel facilities, including preventive and emergency repairs, life-safety inspections, energy conservation, guestroom requests, and property inspections. Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate engineering staff; manage contractors, purchasing, payroll review, equipment warranties, safety procedures, fire drills, key control, and maintenance documentation. Respond to alarms and service calls, including emergencies outside normal working hours.

Supports the hotel sales team and Director of Sales by managing inquiries, RFPs, group bookings, room blocks, event logistics, client communications, sales databases, forecasting reports, prospecting, site inspections, and VIP guest arrangements. Coordinates with hotel departments to ensure successful group programs and exceptional guest experiences. Also assists with marketing initiatives, networking events, sales documentation, and local business development activities.
