Provides technical support for employees and contractors, troubleshooting devices, Microsoft 365, applications, connectivity, accounts, and access. Manages endpoint deployment, updates, security controls, assets, licenses, documentation, and service requests. Participates in change management, technology projects, incident response, business continuity, and on-call support. Escalates cybersecurity, infrastructure, plant operations, safety, compliance, and high-impact issues appropriately.
