Build CI/CD and test infrastructure, operate resilient 24/7 remote systems, and collaborate across software, science, aircraft engineering, and field operations. Improve deployment, monitoring, security, and recovery processes.

Own state and local permitting for domestic cloud seeding programs: scope regulatory requirements, draft and shepherd permits and licenses, manage environmental approvals, maintain compliance reporting (NOAA Form 17-4), and build state-by-state playbooks and stakeholder relationships to ensure authorized, on-time operations.

Support company planning and translate growth plans into operational requirements. Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, build processes and reporting, produce decision-ready analysis for leadership, support planning and reviews, and own high-priority special projects.
