Own state and local permitting for domestic cloud seeding programs: scope regulatory requirements, draft and shepherd permits and licenses, manage environmental approvals, maintain compliance reporting (NOAA Form 17-4), and build state-by-state playbooks and stakeholder relationships to ensure authorized, on-time operations.

Support company planning and translate growth plans into operational requirements. Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, build processes and reporting, produce decision-ready analysis for leadership, support planning and reviews, and own high-priority special projects.

Plan and execute public-facing events and sponsorships to build grassroots awareness. Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor and press relationships, run-of-show, creative activation ideas, and post-event follow-up. Work with Brand and Public Affairs, capture event content, and engage audiences to translate complex technical ideas into accessible stories.
