Leads the end-to-end proposal response process, including pursuit strategy, RFQ/RFP analysis, capture planning, proposal and presentation development, technical editing, proofreading, and quality assurance. Maintains proposal content libraries, coordinates with business development, project management, and graphics teams, and trains marketing staff on proposal best practices. The role manages multiple concurrent deadlines and may require occasional travel and overtime.

Provides roadway worker protection around live railroad tracks. Coordinates jobsite safety, communicates with train dispatchers and engineers, conducts job briefings, manages track safety equipment, completes electronic reports, and ensures compliance with railroad rules. The role requires extensive travel across multiple states, frequent overnight stays, physical equipment handling, recurring training, background checks, and drug and alcohol testing.
