Manage the Eyewitness Intelligence System project from planning through delivery, coordinating teams, train operators, government stakeholders, suppliers, and transport organizations. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, managing risks, scope, requirements, changes, dependencies, and benefits, leading project teams, monitoring performance, reporting progress, and ensuring delivery against quality, time, and cost objectives.

Leads business intelligence and data analysis across Rail Delivery Group, delivering dashboards, analytical products, data models, and decision support. Shapes Microsoft Fabric and Power BI governance and roadmap, leads Tableau migration, manages analytical projects, drives automation and transformation, and develops analysts and contractors. Partners with stakeholders, engineering, architecture, suppliers, and industry bodies to communicate actionable insights and improve performance.

Partners with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies, provide employment relations advice, manage HR risks, support learning and development, lead change initiatives, and advance inclusion and wellbeing. The role requires a commercially aware HR generalist who can influence stakeholders, measure HR effectiveness, advise on UK employment law, and deliver practical people solutions during a six-month fixed-term contract.
