Hiring freshers for Customer Care Executive role in an international BPO. Candidates must have good English communication, basic computer knowledge, and minimum 12th pass. Fixed salary for freshers (6300K-7000K). Shift: 3pm-10pm. Interview window provided.

Provide voice-based technical support (outbound) to customers, troubleshoot basic computer/software issues, document interactions, and meet performance metrics. Fixed shift (3pm–10pm), no sales targets. Suitable for HS graduates with good English communication and basic computer skills. Walk-in interviews at the Kolkata office.

Handle outbound international voice calls (US customers) in an afternoon shift (3pm–10pm). Provide remote customer support using full-dialling systems, maintain clear English communication, work in a team, and complete required training. On-site walk-in hiring at specified venue.
