Own end-to-end hospital deployments from contract to go-live and long-term success: plan and execute rollouts, coordinate partners, bridge technical and clinical stakeholders for integrations, monitor adoption, surface blockers, and support renewals and expansion.

Lead and implement commercial strategy for radiology AI product: define go-to-market, KPIs and roadmap; generate leads and close deals; build and manage sourcing/sales team; integrate commercial processes with R&D, product, regulatory (FDA/CE), partnerships and delivery; frequent travel, especially to the US.

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of Raidium's product, integrating machine learning models and ensuring system performance and quality.
