Drive sales for Alice and Olivia, FRAME, and rag & bone at NorthPark Center through exceptional customer service, compelling merchandising, team training, KPI reporting and analysis, partnership with visual merchandising and store leadership, and building customer relationships to maximize brand performance.

Develop brand-first storytelling and copy across social, email, ecommerce, paid media, retail and wholesale. Concept and execute social-first content and seasonal campaign messaging. Partner with Design, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure cohesive narratives. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, absorb feedback, uphold editorial standards, and stay attuned to cultural trends to drive creative and conversion-focused copy.

Support the Manager of Communication, Influencer Marketing with talent coordination, influencer sourcing, dressing requests, social media campaign execution, product gifting and seeding, shipment coordination, tracking product pulls/expenses/invoices, researching brand-right talent across entertainment and modeling, and providing administrative support on ad hoc projects.
