Supports the EMEA Wholesale Sales team with account administration, order processing, reporting, showroom operations, sample management, market preparation, and reorder coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining sales and contact records, preparing product and buy books, managing samples and invoices, scheduling market appointments, supporting showroom standards, and driving in-season reorders. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Manage domestic wholesale accounts receivable across major and specialty accounts: collections, cash application, reconciliations, dispute resolution, customer setup, aging reports, vendor portal invoice tracking/uploads, and cross-team coordination to resolve payment holds and improve AR processes.

The sales specialist will engage customers to sell products, develop relationships, meet acquisition targets, and track progress using CRM systems.
