Lead design projects for annual and sustainability reports, collaborating with teams to deliver impactful work, while mentoring juniors and maintaining high design standards.

Manage small-to-medium reporting projects end-to-end: scoping, estimation, SOWs, production, QA, financial governance and client communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks/issues, ensure timesheets and billing accuracy, and deliver projects on brief, on time and on budget.

Produce high-profile corporate and sustainability reports and publications across print, web and screen. Deliver complex layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, CtrlPrint and Workiva, collaborate with teams, maintain strict attention to detail and best-practice processes, and adapt to digital and emerging AI workflows.

The Senior Designer will create and execute ideas across multiple disciplines, including print, digital, and events for major clients, while collaborating with team members.

Lead sustainability strategy, reporting and communications for large, complex clients. Advise on standards alignment (ESRS, ISSB, GRI, TCFD), run materiality assessments, develop strategic frameworks and topic-specific campaigns, lead pitches and thought leadership, and upskill internal teams while managing client relationships and some line management responsibilities.
