Support Tier 2 network operations: install and maintain LAN/WAN devices, respond to incident tickets, assist Tier 3 engineers on surveys and equipment installs, perform configuration management, update topology drawings, and maintain accurate asset inventories.

Design, document, and transition campus and LAN networks for a global government enterprise. Develop secure DISA STIG-aligned configurations, test in a private lab, support migrations and operations, supervise network specialists, troubleshoot routing/switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs), and assist with MPLS WAN integration and ATO processes.

Provide Tier III O&M support for LAN/WAN networks including design input, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, performance and fault management, security monitoring, and coordination with architecture, NOC, and implementation teams. Use vendor OS and network analysis tools to resolve complex issues, plan cutovers, and document configurations and procedures.
