The Head of Development is responsible for leading a Salesforce team, shaping development principles, managing platform health, and contributing to the group's CRM strategy.

Own supplier and purchase ledger reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies, produce audit-ready workpapers, set reconciliation standards, identify root causes and recommend control/process improvements to support month-end close.

Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers using scripts to explain Radius products, qualify needs, answer questions, close sales, update internal records, and meet sales targets.
