The role involves cross-selling energy solutions to existing customers, nurturing the sales pipeline, coordinating with Energy Sales Executives, maintaining accurate CRM records, and achieving activity, pipeline, and referral targets. This is an office-based position five days per week in Belfast.

Provides frontline IT support for employees across Southeast Asia, maintaining PCs, servers, printers, networks, audiovisual equipment, telephony, and related software. Installs and upgrades hardware and software, resolves and escalates service requests, performs remote diagnostics, follows ITIL and change-management processes, supports security and application performance, and helps improve global support services. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and may require after-hours work and coordination across time zones.
