Sell, plan and coordinate meetings and events to fill the hotel events diary. Anticipate guest needs, support the Meetings & Events team, liaise with clients, ensure smooth event delivery, and uphold high service standards. Work proactively to drive bookings and create memorable experiences.

Drive Radisson's South Asia growth by sourcing, evaluating and negotiating franchise and management contracts. Perform financial analysis and modelling, conduct site and market evaluations, liaison with Legal/Finance/Operations, support strategic planning, prepare investor and internal presentations, and represent RHG at industry events.

Manage AR/AP, cashbook, bank/credit card/forex reconciliations, VAT/PAYE filings, asset register and management accounts. Oversee related staff (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Income Auditor), drive process and control improvements, support audits, and ensure month‑end balance sheet completion and reporting.
