Receive and place in-room dining orders, coordinate IRD service needs, advise guests on menu and beverage options and promotions, maintain accurate order records, and follow food safety and sanitation policies.

Lead and oversee sales for Radisson hotels in Norway and support Iceland teams. Drive profitable revenue, market share, account management, new business development, and strategic commercial activity. Coach and mentor sales teams, coordinate with internal commercial departments and intermediaries, represent the group at meetings and trade shows, and build stakeholder relationships to maximize portfolio growth.

Ensure stability and performance of web and mobile applications by monitoring, troubleshooting, leading incident response, performing RCA, maintaining runbooks, improving monitoring/automation, and coordinating with stakeholders, DevOps, and vendors to meet SLAs.
