Radisson Hotel Group Benefits Overview

Ensures the availability, stability, and performance of Radisson’s web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include monitoring digital platforms, resolving L2/L3 incidents, troubleshooting outages and performance degradation, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, maintaining runbooks, and improving dashboards, alerts, monitoring coverage, and service health indicators. The role collaborates with development, observability, DevOps, internal, and external teams.

Supports day-to-day People and Culture activities, maintains employee records and HR documentation, assists with colleague engagement events, and performs additional HR duties while gaining practical experience in a hotel workplace.

Develop and execute sales strategies, manage relationships with hotel groups and owners, identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also supports hotel onboarding and cross-functional coordination across Europe, with a focus on France.
