Reviews mechanical designs and submittals for USACE and federal compliance; supports HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design. Conducts construction-phase inspections, quality assurance surveillance, testing, commissioning, and contractor QC oversight. Processes RMS submittals, prepares daily reports, verifies materials and corrective actions, tracks progress, and maintains project records. Coordinates with multiple engineering disciplines and supports constructability, value engineering, utility relocation, and lifecycle cost evaluations.

Oversee development, assembly, quality assurance, vendor management, and field deployment of embedded wireless monitoring systems for critical infrastructure. Troubleshoot PCB and sensor hardware, improve assembly processes, manage corrective actions and inventory systems, support field installations, and coordinate technical issue resolution. Lead direct reports and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
