Support day-to-day marketing operations by coordinating campaigns, scheduling content, assisting with events and community engagement, preparing and proofing materials, tracking projects and reporting results, maintaining assets and vendor coordination, and handling administrative tasks to ensure timely, brand-compliant deliverables.

Lead and support the Marketing Department by managing campaigns, projects, vendors, events, content, and reporting. Coach direct reports, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, assist the CMO with strategy and execution, support digital and community engagement, and ensure brand-aligned, timely deliverables. Requires hands-on contribution and event participation including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and local travel.

The Mortgage Originator originates residential mortgage loans, handles leads, develops client relationships, ensures compliance with regulations, and promotes lending programs.
