Own forecasting, revenue execution, and sales processes; design outbound strategies targeting DIB/CMMC-scoped contractors; collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership to scale a data-driven, high-performing sales organization.

As a Compliance Consultant at RADICL, you will guide clients in compliance, assist in documentation for various frameworks, and stay updated on GRC developments.

Manage strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn. Own landing page creation and A/B testing, track CRM-to-ads integrations (HubSpot), build performance dashboards, and deliver actionable reporting to leadership to drive pipeline and ROI.
