Responsibilities include answering multiline phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining confidential records, completing eligibility checks and reports, handling mail, preparing documents, supporting data entry, and opening and closing the reception area. The role requires professionalism, strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations with clinical staff support.

Provides targeted case management for adults with serious persistent mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders. Develops treatment and community support plans, coordinates medical, housing, vocational, legal, educational, and substance use services, supports clients and families, participates in court and reporting processes, documents services, and transports clients to appointments. The role is hybrid, combining community-based client work with remote administrative duties.
