Provide direct personal care to senior residents (bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene), assist with medication administration per protocol, maintain MARs/TARs and documentation, communicate resident condition to staff and families, and support residents' daily needs and wellbeing.

Plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs for senior residents; encourage participation; provide safe transportation and perform vehicle pre-trip inspections; assist residents physically when needed; collaborate with activities team and support department needs.

Provide hands-on care for senior residents including bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, basic medication administration per protocol, documentation (MARs/TARs), and communication with families and healthcare staff to ensure resident needs are met.
