Provides direct caregiving and medication technician support for senior residents in an assisted living or memory care community. Coordinates resident care with families, staff, physicians, and external providers; documents resident conditions; fills staffing gaps; assists with bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and other personal care; trains employees on health services; and oversees medication administration.

Provide direct personal care to senior residents (bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene), assist with medication administration per protocol, maintain MARs/TARs and documentation, communicate resident condition to staff and families, and support residents' daily needs and wellbeing.

Plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs for senior residents; encourage participation; provide safe transportation and perform vehicle pre-trip inspections; assist residents physically when needed; collaborate with activities team and support department needs.
