Analyze and exploit GEOINT and supplementary data using advanced data science methods within GIS frameworks to support intelligence production. Develop approaches for intelligence questions, build dynamic geospatial web applications, and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and analysts. The role requires ArcGIS expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Manages a portfolio of projects across cost, schedule, performance, technical integration, prototyping, experimentation, and operational demonstrations. Coordinates DoD, Intelligence Community, government, industry, academic, and executive stakeholders. Develops decision briefs, cost-benefit analyses, technical roadmaps, requirements documentation, and strategic initiatives. Supports future warfighting concepts, emerging technology reviews, capability planning, and executive-level presentations. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and experience with network technologies, DoD architecture, project management, analytics, and senior leadership briefings.

Design, implement, secure, and optimize a Kubernetes platform using GitOps, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD. Improve scalability, reliability, monitoring, alerting, and platform performance while reducing technical debt. Collaborate with development teams, evaluate platform capabilities, and advise government personnel and product owners. The role supports cloud and air-gapped environments and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
