Intern will support software engineering and analysis for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community projects. Responsibilities include evolving AFSIM modeling and simulation frameworks, developing models of vehicles and sensors, analyzing test results, and creating graphical representations. The role involves collaborating with software engineers and analysts and applying programming, modeling, simulation, and analytical tools.

Support architecture, requirements development and traceability, engineering documentation, system integration, testing, verification, and validation for space payload programs. Collaborate across engineering disciplines, maintain hardware-in-the-loop lab capabilities, identify design risks, support design reviews, and execute program tasks through the full lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Supports multiple government and technical projects by tracking schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and action items. Coordinates with program managers, technical teams, customers, subcontractors, and business stakeholders. Prepares project updates, reports, briefings, meeting materials, and customer deliverables while maintaining project documentation. Assists with supplier engagements, Statements of Work, purchase requests, subcontractor documentation, and procurement activities. Requires travel up to 25%.
