Teams at Radiance Technologies

Develops and executes complex modeling, simulation, and analysis tools for directed-energy weapon systems. Uses C++, Python, AFSIM, statistical methods, AI/ML, and high-performance computing to perform mission-level simulations, trade studies, system effectiveness assessments, and live-fire test support. Coordinates analysis across teams and reports findings to senior management and Department of War customers.

Designs and analyzes mechanical structures, enclosures, and opto-mechanical components for directed energy systems and instrumentation. Supports design, development, integration, testing, thermal and flow analyses, technical drawing creation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and government and military customers.

Conduct research and design microelectronics with emphasis on hardware security. Design and test PCBs, simulate analog circuits, prototype on FPGAs, and evaluate hardware vulnerabilities (side-channel, anti-tamper). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform debugging, troubleshooting, and build/test infrastructure.
