Build, estimate, validate, and monitor credit models (delinquency, default, prepayment, claim severity) using statistical and econometric methods. Develop and maintain cloud-based modeling frameworks, perform large-data manipulation, backtesting, reporting, and present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits and advisory engagements: plan scopes, perform and document testing, evaluate controls, draft reports, drive remediation follow-up, and build relationships with management and the Audit Committee.

Perform metro- and national-level economic analysis and forecasting focused on housing, mortgage, unemployment, and interest rates. Develop and maintain econometric valuation and unemployment models, research model improvements, support economic scenario and capital modeling, evaluate new products/credit structures, and present findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
