Perform structural reviews and assessments for rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems, validate calculations, prepare racking and foundation reports, collaborate with consultants and contractors, maintain engineering documentation and standards, and analyze data to improve constructability and quality.

Support origination, negotiation, and closing of renewable energy deals (site leases and PPAs) with commercial real estate owners. Prospect and outreach to clients, draft RFP responses and proposals, analyze and negotiate contracts, update deal metrics, and attend industry events.
