Lead and scale internal IT operations including endpoint and identity management, network and vendor management, security and compliance (SOC 2/ISO27001), help desk support, IT policy and budgeting, and build a small IT team. Partner cross-functionally to align tooling, improve efficiency, and execute a 6–12 month IT roadmap.

Design, build, and own scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and data models for analytics and ML. Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product to deliver data products and dashboards, enforce data quality and testing, mentor engineers, and set technical direction for the data platform.

The Systems Engineer will manage system-level features from ideation to customer release, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and ensure high-quality delivery.
