Design, administer, secure, scale, and troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD pipelines and GitLab Runners across Linux and containerized environments. Configure DevSecOps tools to meet cybersecurity technical controls and authorization requirements, support Kubernetes-based applications, and resolve pipeline issues for software product teams. Preferred experience includes DoD cloud infrastructure, classified networks, the NAVSEA ASAP process, and administration of SonarQube, Anchore, and Artifactory.

Build backend services, APIs, data workflows, AI-enabled applications, coding agents, and secure DevSecOps pipelines for government and defense customers. Establish controlled AI development environments, automated quality and security testing, compliance evidence, software supply-chain protections, and Platform One-compatible deployment workflows. Modernize legacy applications and collaborate with software, platform, cybersecurity, and mission teams to transition R&D prototypes into secure operational capabilities.

Manage and maintain multi-cloud VDI environments and 10ZiG thin-client endpoints. Configure Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, and Horizon; build desktop images, profiles, applications, host pools, and scaling configurations. Test performance, apply DISA STIGs, support security compliance and ATO/CTO activities, and create technical documentation. The role requires onsite work at NASIC and an active TS/SCI clearance.
