Sell commercial reroofing and sheet metal projects by qualifying bids, conducting roof surveys, generating leads, presenting proposals, documenting scope, collaborating with estimators, and building relationships with owners, property and facility managers. Maintain customer-centric service, meet sales growth goals, and record opportunities in the Dataforma database.

Drive new commercial roofing business and manage existing accounts in Charlotte/Mooresville. Build and manage a sales pipeline, develop customer relationships with owners and facility managers, deliver proposals, scope projects, maintain CRM/Dataforma entries, and promote customer-focused service. Maintain business hours availability with flexibility and meet sales and opportunity-creation metrics.
