Support planning, coordination, and execution of fiber optic construction projects. Assist with scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, inspections, punch walks, vendor coordination, mapping updates, and documentation. Troubleshoot field issues, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, maintain purchase orders/invoices/as-builts, and support stakeholder communication. Field-based role with regular travel between sites.

Perform door-to-door outside sales to promote and sell fiber internet, phone, and TV services. Identify customer needs, close sales, build relationships, provide excellent customer service, and meet monthly sales goals. Use company vehicle and provided tools to represent the brand in the local community.

The Outside Sales Representative will engage potential customers, promote fiber optic services, and drive revenue growth while meeting sales goals. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
