Provide first-line technical support for internet and phone services via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot connectivity and equipment issues, document cases in CRM, escalate complex problems, educate customers on usage and optimization, and collaborate with field and network teams to ensure timely resolution.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of fiber optic construction projects. Assist with scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, inspections, punch walks, vendor coordination, mapping updates, and documentation. Troubleshoot field issues, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, maintain purchase orders/invoices/as-builts, and support stakeholder communication. Field-based role with regular travel between sites.

The Outside Sales Representative will engage potential customers, promote fiber optic services, and drive revenue growth while meeting sales goals. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
