Provide customer service and claims support to members, third parties, and service providers. Responsibilities include handling inbound claims enquiries, assessing policy coverage, setting expectations, supporting vulnerable customers, processing data, completing administrative tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication, empathy, computer literacy, attention to detail, and availability for a seven-day roster.

Provide subledger and general accounting support including month-end, reconciliations, P&L and bank analysis, AP processing, tax tasks (FBT, ITR, BAS), budgets and forecasts, audit support, process improvements, and cross-team assistance.

Plan and deliver change management strategies across insurance, digital experience, project, and operational initiatives. Partner with stakeholders and project teams to assess impacts, readiness, communications, training, and adoption needs. Lead smaller change initiatives, support large-scale projects, provide practical change guidance, track outcomes, and contribute to organizational change capability and knowledge sharing.
