Four-year, full-time first-year automotive apprenticeship at RAC Auto Services Canning Vale. Report to Team Leader; hands-on and classroom learning in light-vehicle mechanics. Requires WA C-class licence, reliability, flexibility, and willingness to develop skills. Includes ongoing assessments and possible medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Design personalised itineraries and multi-stop journeys, plan and manage cruise bookings, provide destination and product advice, use Sabre/GDS to manage bookings, coordinate flights/accommodation/tours/insurance/RAC add-ons, convert enquiries into bookings and build long-term member relationships while working a 7-day rotating roster.

Provide flexible leadership across Joondalup and West Perth contact centres by shadowing and supporting Team Managers, coaching consultants, managing KPIs, monitoring quality and compliance, and stepping in during leave or projects. Support change initiatives, drive sales and service performance, and help develop leaders until a permanent team placement is available.
