Leads a team of data analysts, oversees analytics projects, and develops enterprise data strategies and capabilities. Advises stakeholders on data-driven decision-making, manages change initiatives, governance, risks, compliance, budgets, and communication plans. Coaches analysts and stakeholders while strengthening data management practices and delivering strategic business outcomes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Home Services (Security, Home Energy, emerging categories). Drive new product development, commercialization, pricing, profitability, and lifecycle management. Use customer and market data to inform decisions, collaborate across functions and partners, and enable teams to deliver and sell products.

Manage motor recovery claims by investigating liability, identifying third-party recovery opportunities, negotiating settlements, and pursuing recoveries through legal channels or external providers. The role requires accurate claims administration, compliance with policies and regulations, clear communication, dispute resolution, performance monitoring, and member-focused service. It is full-time, based in West Perth with 50% work-from-home flexibility and alternate weekday shifts.
