Serve as the primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction and success: onboard customers, drive product adoption, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage renewals, gather and analyze feedback, collaborate with sales and product teams, and travel for system installations.

Architect and formally model complex warehouse vision-AI systems across edge devices, cloud, and user software. Define abstractions, analyze latency/throughput/failure modes, identify ML opportunities to replace heuristics, collaborate across hardware and software teams, use AI tools in daily workflow, and deliver production-quality systems.

Build and optimize real-time edge software for warehouse camera systems: video pipelines, on-device inference, device communication, profiling and optimization for latency/memory/CPU/GPU, and reliable long-running deployments. Work with hardware team to deploy, test, monitor, and ship robust systems to production devices.

Work on the customer-facing full‑stack product for warehouse packing: design and implement frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure; own deployments, monitoring, and fixes; collaborate with product and customers; improve CI/CD, testing, and observability; use AI tools in the development workflow.

Lead day-to-day operations for a vision-AI warehouse startup: run deployments, vendor and partner logistics, automate manual processes with AI and code, own budgets and KPIs, build dashboards, travel to customer sites, and hire or build systems as needed. Report to CEO and act as their right hand.

Own Rabot's marketing function: define and maintain positioning, build repeatable demand generation (paid, organic, events, partnerships, outbound), produce high-converting content and case studies, run the website, set up attribution and measure pipeline, collaborate with sales/product/partners, and use AI and analytics to scale programs.
