The role also develops reusable cloud services and architecture guardrails within a complex banking environment.

Leads four integration platform squads covering API management, event streaming, file transfer, messaging, and workflow automation. Oversees delivery, platform evolution, vendor management, budgets, security, compliance, availability, and operational excellence. Builds high-performing DevOps teams through hiring, coaching, automation, standards, and scalable self-service solutions while aligning integration capabilities with broader IT strategy.
