Lead oversight of Business Resilience (BCM) and Third Party risk across Rabobank: challenge domains, measure and report risk exposures, and run projects to implement new policies, controls and reporting to ensure IT risk remains within appetite.

Analyze transaction and client data to detect and prevent external fraud using AI/ML; develop action plans for new fraud modus operandi; communicate findings to stakeholders; and participate in an 18-month Data & Analytics Early Career Program with training, mentorship, and applied projects.

Turn operational data into actionable control insight: analyse trends, validate data quality, build dashboards/scorecards, monitor digital workflows, support root-cause analysis, and drive remediation with stakeholders to reduce operational risk.
