Lead multiple teams responsible for Rabobank’s global Data & Analytics Platform. Align priorities, roadmaps, and technical contributions with organizational objectives while partnering with Product Owners and Solution Architects. Improve processes, guide DevOps teams through organizational and technical transitions, and foster autonomous, high-performing engineering teams. The role requires leadership across complex IT and data environments, cloud and software development knowledge, stakeholder management, and coaching in a culturally diverse organization.

Drive adoption and strategic evolution of Rabobank’s Enterprise Data Lineage Platform. The role translates stakeholder needs into platform capabilities, requirements, user stories, training, communication, and adoption strategies. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, supporting data governance and organisational change, developing business-focused visualisations, analysing adoption metrics, and shaping product roadmaps. Success requires strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and data governance expertise.

Design and own the Azure (and later AWS) network architecture for a large analytics platform; build governed self-service environments via infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi), enforce policy-as-code and least-privilege, automate CI/CD, remove vulnerabilities, and train junior engineers while leading small initiatives end-to-end.
