Supports biweekly and semi-monthly payroll processing for more than 10,000 employees. Responsibilities include Workday payroll administration, payroll and leave integration monitoring, timekeeping support, employee case resolution, tax compliance, ADP SmartCompliance administration, reconciliations, garnishment validation, SOX controls, audits, reporting, and SOP development.

Leads inpatient coding operations, coordinating projects, action plans, staffing, workload distribution, client SLA delivery, performance management, and process improvement. Oversees team development through coaching, mentoring, training, change management, and conflict resolution. Uses data analytics and metrics to improve efficiency, manages resources, drives technology adoption, and maintains strong stakeholder relationships. Requires extensive inpatient DRG coding expertise and professional coding certification.

Leads multi-site workplace and facilities operations, including hard and soft services, transport, cafeteria, maintenance, compliance, EHS, vendor governance, budgets, reporting, and employee access systems. Oversees renovations, refurbishments, and site buildouts from design through handover. Manages IFM partners, facility teams, service levels, audits, cost optimization, and operational technology adoption. Requires extensive travel and readiness to assume broader pan-India workplace leadership responsibilities.
