Manage daily accounts receivable follow-up operations within healthcare revenue cycle management. Lead and develop AR teams, monitor productivity, quality, collections, and service levels, resolve escalations, ensure policy compliance, analyze operational data, prepare performance reports, implement process improvements, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to reduce outstanding claims and AR aging.

Partners with senior business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to address talent needs, implement HR strategies, support organizational change, and improve employee performance. Responsibilities include workforce and succession planning, restructures, coaching, employee relations, organizational development, HR analytics, project coordination, and preparation of organizational charts, plans, summaries, and operating materials.

Reviews and interprets inpatient medical records, claims documentation, and coding information to appeal denied or underpaid claims. Applies clinical judgment to DRG downgrades and clinical validation reviews, drafts persuasive appeal letters, recommends coding changes using ICD and procedural coding guidelines, and meets compliance deadlines in a remote, production-driven environment.
