Lead optimization of Patient Access workflows (registration, financial clearance, scheduling, customer service) by translating operations into AI-enabled, automated solutions. Drive performance management, reporting, and cross-functional alignment; refine AI quality frameworks and metrics; coach lead-level staff and support process improvement to improve efficiency and revenue cycle outcomes.

Provide high-trust executive administrative support to the Director, Office of the CEO: manage calendars, scheduling, travel, expense reporting, document organization, meeting logistics, and action-item tracking. Anticipate needs, handle confidential information, coordinate with ELT and external partners, and support executive events and board logistics to ensure smooth Office of the CEO operations.

Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning via IDM tools; assign roles, handle ServiceNow tickets, provide email and MFA support, ensure deactivations within 24 hours, and maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.
