Leads business development for Government Navigation Services, targeting high-value hospital and health system accounts. Builds sales pipelines, develops revenue strategies, forecasts performance, documents activity in Salesforce, and establishes executive relationships. Requires deep expertise selling Medicare reimbursement services, including Medicare Bad Debt, Disproportionate Share, and Worksheet S-10, with responsibility for meeting revenue goals and traveling up to 50%.

Manage end-to-end FP&A and financial reporting for US-based operations, including P&L support, variance analysis, accruals, budgeting, forecasting, flash reports, SOX reporting, and business reviews. Lead transitions, coordinate global stakeholders, improve processes, and manage the performance and development of 4–6 team members.

Leads enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, performance reporting, cost optimization, business case analysis, and finance business partnering. Supports G&A functions and business segments, primarily serving US stakeholders. Develops executive dashboards and financial narratives, automates reporting through Power BI, drives finance transformation, and coordinates cross-functional performance management, governance, and team development.
