Provide in-store and remote customer support and sales: prepare quotes, input orders into POS, operate cash register, manage inventory and merchandising, coordinate deliveries and special orders, resolve customer issues, assist outside sales, develop estimating skills, and maintain safety and store appearance.

Assists customers and contractors with product selection, quotes, orders, pricing, deliveries, and service requests. Inputs accurate sales data into Bistrack, operates the cash register, supports credits and collections, maintains showroom inventory and merchandising standards, and transports merchandise. Develops construction estimating and product knowledge, collaborates with outside sales, follows safety procedures, and builds customer relationships.
