Leads the design and commercialization of confectionery molds, tooling, fixtures, and mechanical components. Creates 3D CAD models and detailed drawings, manages tooling specifications and suppliers, supports fabrication and procurement, and provides hands-on assistance during trials, startups, and production. Troubleshoots mechanical and process issues, conducts root-cause investigations, and implements solutions improving product quality, reliability, throughput, changeovers, and manufacturing efficiency.
