Develop and manage international ocean/air import-export accounts by preparing quotes and shipping documentation, coordinating bookings and pickups with carriers and agents, tracking shipments, resolving billing/shipping issues, and liaising with customs brokers and terminal operators to support customer development.

Audit, prepare, and process vendor invoices and payments across multiple companies. Establish and maintain vendor relationships and profiles, reconcile statements, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, assist month-end/year-end close, produce reports, and recommend AP process improvements while collaborating with internal teams.

Perform month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, analyze financial statements and reports, compute taxes and prepare returns for multiple entities, assist with audits, maintain accounting records, monitor KPIs, and support internal business partners with accounting processes.
